Performance Bankers in Greeley, CO seeks a Personal Banker to ensure customer satisfaction and support the bank’s revenue, deposit growth, and sales goals. This on-site role handles new accounts and ongoing customer service with a focus on personalized financial solutions.

The position requires 2+ years of banking experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Training on banking regulations is provided, and health-related benefits are offered to employees.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years banking experience preferred.
• Understanding of banking regulations required, training provided.
• Experience with electronic banking desired.

• Develops understanding of internal bank policies and banking regulations.
• Acts as escalation point for customer inquiries and uses policy knowledge to problem-solve.
• Engages in the local community, including cross-selling and growing deposits.
• Demonstrates leadership to bring staff together to meet goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
