Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years of retail banking experience, previous lending experience preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard software applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic.
• Willing to work Saturdays on a rotating basis.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to grow and be challenged.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted loan, deposit, and income goals and manage office finances.
• Provide extraordinary customer experience and lead the team.
• Develop new customer relationships through outside calling and business development.
• Originate loans and manage a loan portfolio.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff; address escalated issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including audits and procedures.
