Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of retail banking experience preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard software applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted loan, deposit, and income goals and manage financials for the bank office.
• Provide an extraordinary customer experience and hold team accountable for it.
• Develop new customer relationships and deepen existing ones through outside calling and follow-up strategies.
• Originate loans and manage a loan portfolio.
• Perform duties of Customer Service Representative and Personal Banker as needed.
• Resolve deposit and loan exceptions for the bank office.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff; provide ongoing feedback.
• Assist team with complex or escalated customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures including audits.
