Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of retail banking experience, previous lending experience preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted loan, deposit, and income goals and manage financials for the office.
• Provide extraordinary customer experience and lead the team to do the same.
• Develop new customer relationships and deepen existing ones through outside calling and business development.
• Originate loans and manage a loan portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures; support audits and security.
