Maps Credit Union seeks a Float Financial Services Specialist or Officer I for the High Street Branch in Salem, Oregon. You will engage with members, process accounts, and balance cash while supporting branch goals.

Qualified candidates bring an Associate degree in a related field and 2+ years in customer service or financial services. The role offers flexible locations across multiple branches and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Candidate must demonstrate strong ethics and integrity.
• Experience in customer service with direct and indirect selling preferred.
• Financial services experience with progressive responsibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members in a professional, positive manner.
• Process account services and transactions for members.
• Assess member needs and recommend products and services.
• Process loan applications and obtain required reports from credit bureaus.
• Occasionally act as a teller and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, checks, and money orders.
• Meet personal and branch monthly goals while following policy.
