Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Banking or related experience required.
• Registered Mortgage Loan Originator per the SAFE Act preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products, including checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs and more.
• Performs Teller duties and completes financial transactions with accuracy.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents activity.
• Builds client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
