Job summary

Qualifications

• Banking or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and more.
• Performs teller duties including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• May discuss and process new consumer loan requests.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents activity in the CRM system.
• Builds client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
