Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager in Columbus, OH. The role oversees associations, coordinating with boards, vendors, and the home office to deliver exceptional service while achieving company goals.

Applicants should have prior community management experience, solid communications, and a valid driver's license. The position emphasizes professional conduct, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Maintain valid licensing in some states.
• Have previous Community Management experience.
• Be professional, organized, and self-motivated.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend, prepare for, and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals.
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others.
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments due.
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for the boards.
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations.
