Sentry Management, Inc. in Clermont, FL is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) to oversee multiple associations, coordinate with boards, vendors, and the home office, and deliver exceptional service while aligning with company goals.

The role requires licensing, prior community management experience, and strong communication skills. You will supervise vendor contracts, manage budgets, and report to boards, ensuring timely payments and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Must maintain licensing in some states and have prior community management experience.
• Professional, organized and self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend, prepare for and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance/architectural requests and approvals.
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others.
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow-up on monthly assessments due.
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries to boards.
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) in our Clermont, FL market. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the associations they manage. They are responsible for coordinating with the Board of Directors, vendors and the Sentry Home Office to provide exemplary customer service while maintaining and achieving company goals.

Responsibilities Include

Applicants Must
