Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) to oversee multiple associations, coordinate with boards and vendors, and ensure exceptional service while achieving company goals.

As Portfolio Manager you will lead meetings, manage vendor proposals, track finances, and serve as a key liaison between boards and legal counsel, while guiding on-site staff and maintaining community standards.

Qualifications

• Have previous Community Management Experience.
• Be professional, organized and self-motivated.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community
• Attend, prepare for and participate in annual and general meetings
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow-up on monthly assessments due
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries to boards
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) in our Albuquerque, NM market. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the associations they manage. They are responsible for coordinating with the Board of Directors, vendors and the Sentry Home Office to provide exemplary customer service while maintaining and achieving company goals.
