Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and California Bar eligibility.
• Strong knowledge of statutes and regulations affecting common interest developments.
• Experience or coursework in labor and employment law as it relates to community associations.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to boards and managers.
• Proficiency in legal research, case law, and regulatory analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HOA/condo real estate or community association law preferred.
