Job summary

SS&C Blue Prism is seeking a Community Associate to join our customer relations team. You will help humanise our brand online, foster inclusive communities, and convert engagement into loyalty across our intelligent automation portfolio.

You will implement engagement strategies, deflect support volume, and collaborate with multiple teams to build events, blog content, and research programs that boost member satisfaction and advocacy.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years managing a global B2B online community.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience collaborating across departments, cultures and time zones.
  • Proven ability to grow engagement, deflect support requests, or drive advocacy metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Build a welcoming, inclusive online community where members connect, engage and support each other.
  • Coordinate with Customer Marketing to promote customer and partner events.
  • Curate and publish blog content (tutorials, releases, engagement).
  • Create opportunities for community engagement through use cases, ideation, user groups and product research.
  • Route unanswered questions to internal SMEs or active community members to participate.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Community Associate to join the team and become the online voice of our brand. This is a unique and rewarding role at the heart of our customer relations team, responsible for humanising our brand and fostering positive, meaningful relationships between our organisation and our customers.

You will implement engagement strategies that enhance the user’s experience and build lasting loyalty. This includes converting customers into advocates across our intelligent automation portfolio and helping deflect support volume. What You Will Get to Do:
  • Build a sense of belonging by fostering a welcoming, inclusive online community where members feel encouraged to connect, engage, and support one another.
  • Coordinate with Customer Marketing to promote customer and partner events on the community.
  • Curate and publish blog content: product tutorials, product releases, customer engagement etc.
  • Create opportunities to encourage community engagement through programs such as use cases, ideation, user groups and product research.
  • Route unanswered questions to relevant internal SMEs (Product, Support, Customer Success) or active community members to participate.
  • Actively listen to community conversations and feedback and convert them into actionable insights to shape programs, products and improve member experience.
  • Monitor community activity to enforce guidelines, address inappropriate behaviour, and elevate sensitive issues to the relevant teams.
  • Align community campaigns with product launches (e.g., WorkHQ adoption programs) and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the outcomes of your own initiatives, using data to inform how you refine your approach.
What You Will Bring:

Requirements

  • Preferably 1-2 years managing a global B2B online community.
  • A true people person who is communicative and natural at building relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating across multiple departments, cultures and time zones.
  • Driven and proactive, capable of multitasking.
  • Demonstrated growth of engagement, case deflection, or advocacy metrics through reporting on native platform analytics tools.
Preferred
  • Has a passion for technologies such as robotic process automation, agentic artificial intelligence and process automation.
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise grade community forum platforms, and customer success platforms.
  • Working knowledge of developer/technical audiences.
