The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center, where you will handle all administrative and support needs so your customers can focus on their business.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive early to prepare the center. Throughout the day, you assist customers with requests like WiFi codes, packages, directions, and setup. You manage mail, handle customer inquiries, and ensure services are billed correctly. You also organize events and promote the community to prospects. At day's end, you tidy up and prepare to leave, ensuring everything is in order.

About You

We’re looking for someone capable of managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator, with at least 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Proactive in solving problems
  • Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable
  • Comfortable with MS Office and basic IT
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you’re applying in and at least 18 years old
