The Opportunity

As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your community within your center. Your role involves managing administrative and support needs, enabling your customers to focus on their business.

A Typical Day at IWG

You arrive early to prepare the center, check for missed tasks, and ensure readiness. Throughout the day, you assist customers with various requests, such as WiFi issues, packages, directions, and setting up equipment. You handle incoming calls, ensure accurate billing, sort mail, and support customer needs like printing and invoicing. You also participate in organizing events, promote the space, and ensure the center's tidiness at day's end.

About You

We're seeking someone capable of multitasking while delivering excellent customer service. You should be:

• A good communicator, able to build relationships and empathize (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
