The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center. Your role involves managing administrative and support needs so your customers can focus on their business.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive before opening to ensure everything is set. Throughout the day, you assist customers with WiFi, packages, directions, setup, and billing. You take breaks, sort mail, and handle various customer requests. You also organize upcoming networking events, create promotional materials, and engage prospects. As the day ends, you ensure the space is tidy and ready for the next day.

About you

We're seeking someone who can handle multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service. You should be:

• A good communicator, able to build relationships and empathize (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to change
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
