The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, where you will support all administrative and customer needs so they can focus on their business.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive before opening to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the day, you assist customers with requests such as WiFi changes, package arrivals, directions, setting up projectors, and managing invoices. You take breaks, handle mail, and support ongoing customer needs.

You also participate in organizing networking events, promote the space to prospects, and help maintain the center’s environment. At day’s end, you ensure the space is tidy and ready for the next day.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

• A good communicator, with 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
