About the role

As a Community Associate, you will work closely with customers across various industries to create and maintain a community within your center. Your responsibilities include handling administrative and support needs to ensure customers can focus on their businesses.

A typical day
  1. Prepare the center before opening and ensure cleanliness.
  2. Assist customers with requests such as WiFi codes, packages, directions, and setup of meeting rooms.
  3. Manage incoming mail and customer communications.
  4. Support customers with printing, invoicing, and troubleshooting issues.
  5. Organize and promote networking events and community activities.
  6. Ensure the center is tidy and ready for the next day.
About You

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be a good communicator, problem-solver, positive, adaptable, and proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment. You must be legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
