The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across various industries to create and maintain a community within your center, managing administrative and support needs so your customers can focus on their businesses.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive early to ensure readiness. Throughout the day, you assist customers with WiFi codes, packages, directions, setup, and invoicing. You take breaks, sort mail, and handle multiple customer requests. You collaborate with the Community Manager on upcoming events, promote the space, and facilitate networking opportunities. As the day ends, you tidy up and prepare to leave.

About you

We seek someone capable of managing multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service. You should be:

• A good communicator, able to build relationships and empathize (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• A positive, enthusiastic, adaptable team player
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old
