Job description

Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: Oregon.

This position is responsible for the growth of Community Association Banking (CAB) regional portfolios. It drives growth through direct sales and support of Homeowners Association (HOA) products and services to new and existing customers. The role involves developing influential relationships with clients and bankers to generate sales opportunities, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory statutes.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Marketing - Sells HOA products and services, generates deposit and loan relationships, including soliciting CondoCerts and Insurance customers. Participates in CAI chapters, develops prospects in the association industry, and makes presentations to prospective customers. Maintains knowledge of banking products, services, industry, and market trends to better serve customer needs.
  2. Relationship Management - Develops influential relationships within the market to create sales and referral opportunities. Strengthens and manages existing relationships through regular (minimum monthly) visits and troubleshooting issues. Identifies cross-selling opportunities and presents creative solutions to meet customer needs. Manages customer and prospect relationships, referring sales partners as appropriate. Attends HOA staff meetings.
  3. Loan Processing - Collaborates with internal partners to set up new customers, complete paperwork, and submit payment, loan, and new account packages.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience.
