Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living in Everett, WA seeks an Assistant for a premium 55+ manufactured home community. On-site, part-time during office hours.

Responsibilities include rent collection, enforcing rental agreements and community rules, supervising placement of RVs and manufactured homes, and maintaining tenant files. Compensation is 23–25 USD per hour; benefits include 3 weeks PTO and 401K.

Job description

We are an established Real Estate Management Company that manages over 100 investment properties throughout Oregon and Washington. We are in need of an Assistant for a high end 55+ age manufactured home community in Everett Washington.

This position is Full time.

Must have good computer skills.

Job Summary

Manages all aspects of the community by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• RENT COLLECTION
  
  
  
  • Collect and deposit on the day of collection all space rents and additional fees and charges.
  
  
  • Follow-up on late/delinquent rents.
  
  
  • Issue late rent notices and initiate and attends any eviction proceedings as necessary.
  
  
  
  


• RENTAL AGREEMENT AND RULES & REGULATIONS ENFORCEMENT
  
  
  
  • Enforce terms of Rental Agreements and all Facility rules and regulations in accordance with company/Facility policy to ensure tenant compliance.
  
  
  • Supervise placement of RV's and manufactured homes into the Facility.
  
  
  • Ensure compliance with home standards, Facility rules and regulations, governmental codes and requirements, applicable setbacks, and manufactured home and RV set-up specifications, including the installation and construction of skirting, awnings, steps, gutters and downspouts with rain-drains to street, porches, and decks, and completion of landscaping.
  
  
  • Issue non-compliance notices and initiate and attend any eviction proceedings as necessary.
  
  
  
  


• ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
  
  
  
  • Maintain individual tenant files and records.
  
  
  • Review tenant applications, screen potential tenants, execute rental agreements and all other required documents after approval.
  
  
  • Promote homes for sale and vacant spaces.
  
  
  • Maintain and update community inventory list.
  
  
  • Maintain and update community vendor/supplier lists.
  
  
  • Distribute notices to tenants.
  
  
  • Administer the community water meter monitoring system.
  
  
  
  

Time Commitment

• On-site part-time during established office hours.

Other duties may be assigned.
