Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in social work or customer service.
• Valid Florida driver license and be insurable; ROMA certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients and visitors.
• Assess service needs and determine client eligibility for services.
• Prepare and maintain detailed household/service files.
• Adhere to funding allocations from Finance Department.
• Perform data entry on households and services; assist with reports.
• Conduct outreach for energy assistance programs.
• Gathers statistical information for State, Federal, and Agency reports.
• Follow You Thrive Florida policies and procedures.
