Fellowship Square Christian Care seeks a fundraising professional to grow donor relationships across its Arizona communities. You will engage residents, families, and community members, building a portfolio of supporters while guiding them from first contact to meaningful gifts.

You will work with a dedicated team to host events, steward donors, and maintain accurate records. Compassion, integrity, and the ability to discuss money transparently are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of fundraising experience or equivalent relationship-building work.
• Proven ability to solicit commitments and manage donor relationships.
• Experience with donor databases and stewardship.
• Raiser’s Edge certification is a plus; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Develop a portfolio of 30–50 individuals from a campus pool and keep a real plan for each one.
• Build relationships with 300–600 people on campus.
• Invite gifts clearly and without pressure; gifts range from $500 to $10,000; legacy gifts possible.
• Host gatherings, tours, and events to showcase the mission.
• Maintain records so relationships belong to the organization, not one person.
• Follow guardrails on how and when to ask; you will not be alone in deciding what is appropriate.
