Qualifications

• Experience with behavioral/developmental disability services preferred.
• Supervision and coaching of direct support professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Access Group (CAG) services and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state requirements (DBHDD, CARF) and agency policies.
• Coordinate service referrals, case management, and documentation.
• Develop community integration activities and volunteer opportunities.
• Lead CQI activities and ensure service plan implementation.
