Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Missouri Class E or Kansas Class C driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for developmentally disabled individuals.
• Assist individuals with entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and staff.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate mileage and service records.
