Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Summary of Position

As a Communications Program Strategist you will serve as support across a diverse range of projects and content areas. Such work may include research, content development, relationship management, logistical planning, data management, and representing REACH Strategies at in-person events and live online events. This is a wide-ranging role well suited for a self-starter who likes to do a variety of content-rich, engaging work.

The candidate should possess a creative drive and be able to articulate and document ideas both to the internal REACH team and externally.

Responsibilities

• Support Project and Program Leads in a variety of capacities.
• Manage research and data through cloud-based platforms.
• Plan and deliver targeted communications campaigns using an appropriate suite of tools.
• Write, develop, edit, and publish content and copy for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, whitepapers, and more.
• Liaise with and manage design and print teams and suppliers.
• Support client, vendor, and partner relationships.
• Conduct baseline and benchmark research.
• Maintain calendars and project tasks.
• Take accurate notes during meetings and distribute them timely.
• Support on-site and online events as needed.
• Travel required 25 - 30% (within COVID safety guidelines).

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of communications agency experience
• Excellent ability to work closely with a team, accommodate requests from team members, and assimilate input from multiple sources.
• Interest in promoting clean vehicles and sustainable economic development nationally.
• Ability to anticipate needs/issues and to execute sound decision making.
• Proven ability to effectively use cloud-based tools effectively.
• Basic skills in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to handle fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic thinker, creative, and innovative.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50#, bend, kneel, and stand on your feet for 12+ hours/day during events
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to perform well in a virtual office and be highly productive while working in a remote setting
• Understanding of best practices for working remotely with a distributed team.
• Team player, willing to help others grow.
• Understanding that no task is too small.
• Desire to expand and hone communications and experiential skills.
• Assist in various projects as requested.
