About the Role

WatchGuard Technologies is looking for a Communications Specialist to help scale our internal and external communications with executives, employees, media, and partners. This role sits at the center of executive communications, external communications, and internal engagement. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful, while also helping drive a strong, connected culture within our Seattle headquarters. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can move fast, manage multiple stakeholders, and bring structure and creativity to how communications get done, ideally with an AI‑first mindset.
