What you'll do End-to-end ownership of internal communications policies, channel governance, and content lifecycle is handled by this role. Information for all-hands updates, the intranet, newsletters, and regular emails is planned, edited, and written to inform and engage employees. Organizational messaging is coordinated with leadership team inputs to maintain alignment with corporate mission, vision, and values. Anticipated audience responses are analyzed to design internal change management content with continuity safeguards. Organizational messages are prioritized and sequenced to reflect a fast-moving SaaS operating rhythm. Crisis communication practices are developed with Office of the CEO, GRC, and Legal teams to preserve continuity during events. An adaptive annual internal communications operational plan is created and updated as business priorities evolve. Employee engagement metrics are defined and reported to link communications outcomes with organizational impact. External communications leaders from Marketing and PR are engaged to align corporate messaging while preserving an internal-audience perspective. Requirements 5-7 years of internal or corporate communications experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environment is mandatory. Experience thriving in ambiguous settings by balancing competing priorities and adapting to iterative planning models such as agile sprints is required. Capacity to write for diverse audiences and execute communications plans across cross-functional initiatives is required. Detail-oriented execution drives transformational change within structured programs. Strong written and verbal communication enables messaging at all levels through multiple vehicles in a global organization. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required, with familiarity with collaboration and project tools such as Jira and Confluence, and frontier AI models such as Claude. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Strong time management supports delivery against fast-moving business needs. Nice to have Experience in cybersecurity or adjacent industries can deepen context for internal audiences. Experience building communications programs with AI can accelerate integration of tools and workflows.
