Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks an experienced internal communications specialist in Nashville to develop, author, and publish intranet content, polls, quizzes, and engagement materials. You will support all-hands meetings and events, using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint publishing platforms.

This role emphasizes building and managing SharePoint sites, executing the voice of sales programs, and contributing to the overall communications strategy for the Nashville hub.

Qualifications

• Experience publishing intranet content and communications materials.
• Proficiency with Sharepoint, Viva Engage, and intranet publishing platforms.
• Experience supporting all-hands meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop, author, and publish internal communications content (intranet articles, polls, quizzes, slides, employee engagement materials).
• Support all-hands meetings and related events using Microsoft Teams.
• Build and manage Sharepoint sites frequently and ensure publishing quality.
• Support voice of sales communications program execution with the sales organization.
• Contribute to planning and executing the communications strategy for the team.
