  • Draft talking points, fact sheets, web content, and white papers; develop slide decks, and capture meeting minutes.
  • Review written materials for grammar, flow, and formatting aligned to the CISA style guide.
  • Use project management skills to track milestones, provide status updates, coordinate with team members, and provide progress details to team leads.
  • Generate ideas for new products that support organizational goals and work with internal stakeholders to identify areas of overlap and potential coordination to align disparate goals, content, and messaging.
  • Provide strategic communication subject matter expertise and support communications processes, practices, planning, and coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and clients.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of strategic communications experience.
  • Advanced competency using Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

  • Strong project coordination skills and ability to tackle multiple competing projects at once.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability, which will require successful completion of a background check and fingerprinting.
