Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Project Manager to support engineering teams in strategic planning, goal management, and executive-level communications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in writing executive-level communications, goal management with KPIs, and creating presentations using PowerPoint and Excel. This role requires the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while interacting with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans to accomplish goals and track key deliverables.
• Executive Communications: Write and draft updates on planning, goal status, and strategic initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and document insights.
• Presentation Creation: Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations for proposals and strategic updates.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with various teams across the organization to drive alignment and execution.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in writing executive-level communications.
• 8+ years of experience in goal management and KPI tracking.
• 6+ years of experience in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• PMP or PMI certification (preferred).
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, particularly for executive audiences.
• Strong presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Nice to have: Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
