Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations, project coordination, or cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong writing, editing, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with project management platforms preferred; Monday.com experience is highly desired.
• Canva experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread communications materials, including presentations, project updates, briefing documents, talking points, and emails.
• Support content development and ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, status updates, and action items.
• Coordinate stakeholder feedback, revisions, and approvals to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
• Facilitate communication and provide visibility into project progress.
• Organize project documentation, communications assets, and team resources.
• Provide day-to-day support to the communications team and assist with special projects as needed.
