Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific, healthcare, business, or technical field or equivalent education/experience.
• Typically 2+ years of relevant experience supporting functional projects, processes, analysis, documentation, or operations.
• Knowledge of scientific or medical content development, review coordination, documentation, and compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supports medical, scientific communication, information, or writing activities for Medical Communications.
• Prepares, reviews, and maintains scientific, medical, educational, or operational materials and related documentation.
• Coordinates content inputs, review cycles, approvals, timelines, and stakeholder feedback.
• Assists with literature review, data interpretation, inquiry support, or document preparation as applicable.
• Partners with medical, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and scientific stakeholders to support accurate and compliant materials.
• Maintains records, trackers, templates, and repositories needed to support medical affairs work.
• Identifies issues, inconsistencies, or process improvement opportunities and supports timely resolution.
