Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Communications Planner to support SITEC-3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance at Camp H.M. Smith, HI. The role requires DoD TS/SCI clearance and IAT Level II certification, with extensive experience in network and information exchange technologies.

Qualifications

• Must have strong collaboration and communication skills.
• IAT Level II certification required.
• Experience in networks and information exchange technologies (TCP/IP, RESTful, SOAP, HTTP).
• Familiarity with system engineering processes and techniques.
• DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and defines systems, functions, processes and user needs for a wide variety of projects.
• Performs technical assessments to improve client systems and updates requirements accordingly.
• Creates documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides.
• Assesses tasks and inter-relationships, incorporating user needs and researching options.
• Identifies resources required for task execution and completion.
• Develops or updates systems to meet client needs and acts as a technical advisor to clients.
