Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Deployed Communications Engineer to support SITEC-3 at Camp H.M. Smith, HI. The role involves network and system administration, TA operations, asset and device management, encryption and COMSEC responsibilities, and mobile device management across multiple networks and devices.

Training and support for tactical radio and AV/VC systems are included. The position requires DoD TS/SCI clearance, DoDD 8570 IAT II, and extensive experience in complex IT environments.

Qualifications

• DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• DoDD 8570 IAT Level II is required.
• Three years of increasingly complex experience in computer systems, system administration, network engineering, and COMSEC.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize network performance.
• Install OS firmware, software patches, and upgrades.
• Maintain core datacenter infrastructure; follow cabling and organization standards.
• Provide SA support for databases and system interfaces.
• Maintain and troubleshoot COMSEC equipment and tokens.
