Job summary

Hilton Waikoloa Village in Hawaii is seeking a Communications Operator to greet guests and handle inbound calls with warmth and professionalism. You’ll use PBX systems and hotel software to deliver seamless service across a 62-acre oceanfront resort, contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of customer service experience.

Hilton Waikoloa Village (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/koahwhh-hilton-waikoloa-village/) is seeking a Communication Operator to join its team at a 62‑acre oceanfront resort on Hawaii’s scenic Kohala Coast, offering an immersive island experience. The ideal candidate will have minimum six months of customer service experience, hotel experience is highly preferred.

Classification : Full-Time

Shift pattern : Open availability, am, pm, including overnight shifts, holidays and weekends are required.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests

• Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations

• Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations

• Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
