Hilton Waikoloa Village seeks a Lead Spa Attendant to supervise daily health club operations across the fitness center, spa, and guest services, delivering memorable hospitality experiences for guests.

You will train and schedule team members, provide hands-on support, and assist with marketing, inventory, and financial tracking to boost engagement and efficiency, while upholding health and safety regulations. This role requires weekend/holiday openness and a strong service mindset.

Competenze

• 1 year supervisory experience.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• Proficiency with computer systems and cash handling.

• Supervise health club operations: Support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon
• Lead the health club team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
• Provide hands-on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 1 year supervisor background.
• 1 year customer service
• Computer systems knowledge.
• Cashing handling skills and proficiency with computer systems.
• Shift Pattern: Varied-AM PM. Open availability required including weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.
