Job summary

HNTB Corporation in Nashville, TN invites Communications Interns for Summer 2027 to support multiple teams with administrative tasks, data collection, and project coordination under close supervision. Location is Nashville, City Center.

This part‑time internship requires a High School Diploma/GED plus enrollment in an undergrad or graduate program, with preferred studies in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks which may be specific to a particular functional area of activity such as preparing reports, tracking and evaluating results, coordinating program developments, answering the phone, receiving messages, transmitting information, making copies, editing documents, handling routine inquiries and making appointments.
• Participates in meetings and interfaces with various teams.
• Assists management in analyzing various data.
• Works on special projects and provides research as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

This opportunity entails, while under close supervision, assist assigned department(s) and/or project(s) by performing basic and routine administrative support work and other related tasks which may reflect elements of standard post‑secondary business curriculum, usually on a part‑time, temporary, or co‑op basis. Our Nashville, TN office is seeking Communications Interns for Summer2027. Relocation and housing are not provided for this role.

Locations: Nashville, TN (City Center).

What You’ll Do:
