• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: press releases, executive talking points, briefing memos, crisis plans, editorial guides, content calendars, media tracking spreadsheets, and newsletters
• Contribute to messaging for executives or media outlets under tight deadlines
• Ensure high-quality, publication-ready materials across documents, spreadsheets, and slides
