Monticello Public Schools in Minnesota is seeking a Communications Coordinator & School Board Liaison to provide knowledgeable, professional support for essential communications and School Board functions under the Superintendent.
You will manage district messaging, serve as media liaison, coordinate crisis communications, develop branded content, attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure agendas and materials are prepared and archived in line with policy.

Under the general supervision of the Superintendent, the Communications Coordinator & School Board Liaison provides knowledgeable and professional support for essential communications and School Board functions to administrators, Board members, staff, and the community. This position performs communications support in an efficient and timely manner so that overall positive community relations is maintained and the District's educational objectives may be achieved. The School Board Liaison will provide support to the Superintendent and School Board to ensure the District's business and structure are implemented to School Board policy in support of the district's education objectives.
Education and Certification Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's degree, with preference in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Visual Arts, Interactive Media, or related field.
Required: Valid MN driver's license without restrictions.
Salary: $75,781.
