The Consultant of Internal Communications supports the planning, development and delivery of internal communications that inform, engage and connect employees to organizational priorities, culture and initiatives. Working closely with communication leaders and stakeholders, this role develops content, coordinates communication activities and helps ensure employees receive timely, relevant and effective information.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required: B.A. or B.S. in journalism, communications, marketing or relevant field.


• Minimum Required: 1 - 2 Years equivalent experience. Preferred: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience.

Required Skills And Knowledge

• Knowledge of Microsoft office programs, excellent writing skills, familiarity with Associated Press Style, knowledge of graphic design and experience with photography. Comfortable with social media and Web communications. Enthusiasm for growth and learning.
