Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit employee communications, including emails, newsletters, intranet articles and leadership messages.
• Develop content that translates complex information into clear, engaging, audience-focused communications.
• Assist in the execution of internal communication plans and campaigns that support organizational initiatives.
• Coordinate communication activities across multiple stakeholders and departments.
• Support employee engagement, recognition and culture-related communications.
• Publish and maintain content on internal platforms (intranet sites, newsletters, collaboration tools).
• Assist in managing communication calendars and content schedules.
• Monitor channels to keep content current, relevant and accessible.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for communication projects.
• Compile reports on communication metrics and gather employee feedback to identify improvements.
