We're looking for a Communications Associate who enjoys meeting new people, connecting with different audiences, and gaining hands‑on experience in a people-focused communications and marketing environment.

What you'll do

• Represent client campaigns through direct, face-to-face interactions at assigned locations across the DMV area.
• Communicate key messages about brands, services, or community initiatives in a clear and engaging way.
• Start conversations, answer questions, and help people understand what each campaign offers.
• Support customer or supporter acquisition by turning genuine interest into action.
• Work toward campaign goals while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.
• Share feedback from the field and collaborate with your team to improve campaign communication and results.

Compensation and what you'll gain

• Weekly base pay: $600-700
• Commission: $50-180 per sale
• Expected weekly income: $600-800, including applicable commissions
• Pay frequency: Weekly
• Practical experience in client communications, face‑to‑face marketing, and customer engagement.
• Coaching and feedback to help strengthen your communication, interpersonal, and campaign skills.
