Full-Time | On-Site | Entry-Level | Landover, MD
At Aurafé Expansion Group, communication happens face-to-face. You'll actively approach prospective customers and supporters, introduce client campaigns, and help people understand the products, services, offers, or causes being represented.
We work with businesses and nonprofit organizations to expand their reach and build lasting customer and supporter relationships. As part of our campaign team, you'll represent clients at live events, promotional pop-ups, retail locations, and public venues across the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
This is hands-on communication and customer acquisition work, where listening, professional representation, and measurable results all matter.
You won't need previous experience to get started. We provide structured paid training, ongoing coaching, support, and mentorship to help you develop practical communication, customer engagement, and campaign skills.
As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, support the training of new colleagues, or progress toward team leadership and campaign management responsibilities, depending on your capabilities and available opportunities.
We're interested in people who communicate clearly, enjoy meeting new people, and are comfortable initiating conversations.
Reliability, professionalism, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and openness to feedback are equally important.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, marketing, or another people-facing environment can be helpful, but it isn't required. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn matter more than a particular professional background.
Weekly base pay plus performance-based incentives, including commissions.
You'll also receive structured paid training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship as you build your confidence and capabilities.
