We’re looking for a Communications Assistant to support the day-to-day communications activity of our Los Angeles office. You’ll help prepare content, organize communications, maintain information, and support projects that keep internal and external messaging clear and consistent.
This role would suit someone who is organized, a strong communicator, comfortable working across different projects, and interested in developing practical experience in communications and marketing.
A typical week could involve:
Supporting internal and external communications projects
Drafting and editing emails, announcements, and basic communications materials
Helping prepare presentations, briefing documents, and written content
Maintaining communication calendars and project information
Researching topics, audiences, and relevant market information
Supporting social media and digital communications activity
Coordinating information between communications and other internal teams
Helping organize meetings, events, and communication initiatives
Proofreading materials for accuracy, consistency, and tone
Gathering information for reports and communications updates
Keeping digital communication files and resources organized
Tracking deadlines and following up on outstanding communications tasks
Monday to Friday
The position is full-time and office-based in Los Angeles. You’ll work alongside the wider communications team and receive support and training on company systems, processes, and communication activities.
Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm
Schedule: Monday–Friday

You Don’t Need Extensive Communications Experience
Previous experience in communications, marketing, content, social media, administration, customer service, public relations, or other roles involving writing and organization is helpful.
You’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer confidence, and an interest in developing your communications skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms, email marketing tools, content management systems, or similar software is helpful.
Training will be provided on company systems, processes, and communications activities.
