Beaufort County is seeking a Public Information Officer-level professional to strategize and deliver county communications to the public and media. This role promotes services, programs, news, and events while managing crisis communications under the PIO direction.
The position collaborates with departments, supports crisis response, and ensures timely messaging across digital and traditional media. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of related experience are required.
