About The Role

As a CBRE Communications Analyst, you will consult with internal partners to create written and visual communication. You will develop internal and external communications aligned with organizational values, strategy, and performance. The ideal candidate excels in communication strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and edit presentations, emails, and event materials, managing content development and handling confidential information.
• Build relationships and support team collaboration through meetings and communication materials.
• Oversee communication requests, establishing standards, templates, and protocols for effective communication.
• Update and manage internal websites to reflect organizational goals.
• Stay informed on communication trends and apply best practices to routine problems.
• Lead by example, modeling behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.
• Communicate clearly, ask questions, and ensure understanding.
• Collaborate with management and teams to understand project needs and assist with projects as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Up to 3 years of experience in communications.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience and education considered in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
• Ability to analyze information and make judgments based on standard practices.
• Organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive, with an inquisitive mindset.

The salary range is $24.00 to $34.60 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
