About The Role

As a CBRE Communications Analyst, you will consult with internal partners to create written and visual communication. You will be responsible for developing internal and external communications related to organizational values, strategy, and performance. The ideal candidate will excel in communication strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do
  • Draft and edit presentations, email communications, and event materials while managing content development and handling confidential information.
  • Build relationships and support team collaboration through meetings and communication materials.
  • Establish standards, templates, and protocols for effective communication.
  • Update and manage internal websites to align with organizational goals.
  • Apply knowledge of communication trends and best practices to routine problems.
  • Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Exchange information clearly, ask questions, and check for understanding.
  • Collaborate with management and teams to understand project needs and assist with projects.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience; experience and education combined will be considered.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Ability to analyze information and make judgments based on standard practices.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for this position is $24.00/hour, and the maximum is $34.60/hour. Compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience.
