We are seeking an experienced Communication Specialist who knows how to turn complex business information into clear, engaging, and meaningful communications.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and creative communicator to play an important role in organizational change, business integrations, and high-visibility initiatives. You’ll work closely with Communications, Change Management, executive leadership, and subject matter experts to ensure employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and what they need to know.
Develop and execute communication strategies supporting organizational priorities, change initiatives, and business integrations.
Create compelling content for executive communications, emails, newsletters, intranet articles, presentations, talking points, and video scripts.
Translate complex, sensitive, or evolving business topics into clear, accessible messaging.
Develop communications for executives, senior leaders, people managers, and employees across a dispersed workforce.change management, organizational transformation, integrations, or M&A
Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to gather information, shape messaging, and ensure business alignment.
Manage multiple communication projects, deadlines, editorial calendars, and deliverables simultaneously.
Recommend appropriate audiences, communication channels, timing, and messaging.
Research relevant topics, trends, and themes to strengthen ongoing internal communications.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
3–5+ years of professional communications experience.
Experience developing and executing internal or corporate communication strategies.
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with executives, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting is highly preferred.
