United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Patient Access Representative to provide telephone and medical record support for both the professional office and the surgery center in Maryland.
Responsibilities include answering calls, directing to departments, scheduling appointments, providing prep instructions, and handling patient portal messages, recalls, and input management. A High School Diploma and one year as a Telephone Receptionist are required.
The Patient Access Rep provides patient telephone and medical record support for both the professional office and the surgery center. Under the supervision of the Communications Team Lead, the employee will adhere to and comply with the Code of Conduct, Human Resource Policies and Procedures, Operational Policy and Procedure Manual, HIPAA Compliance, Patient Bill of Rights, and the Corporate Compliance Plan.
