United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Patient Access Representative to support patient telephone and medical record activities at the office and surgery center. Under supervision, duties include greeting callers, scheduling, recalls, portal messaging, and Input Manager document handling.
The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year as a Telephone Receptionist, and familiarity with MS Office; experience with Allscripts or similar software is preferred.
The Patient Access Rep provides patient telephone and medical record support for both the professional office and the surgery center. Under the supervision of the Communications Team Lead, the employee will adhere to and comply with the Code of Conduct, Human Resource Policies and Procedures, Operational Policy and Procedure Manual, HIPAA Compliance, Patient Bill of Rights, and the Corporate Compliance Plan.
